Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

How to Return a Faulty Product

To initiate a return for a faulty product, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product. 3. Return Shipping: Pack the product securely and include the RA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days.
